The customer must enter the correct information at the time of executing the Purchase Order for the operation to be successful.
The registration of incomplete or erroneous data will be the sole responsibility of the customer. This could cancel the purchase, if deemed appropriate by the company.
The delivery term of the order is counted from the moment the confirmation of the payment of the Purchase Order is validated. The extension of this period will depend mainly on the delivery address.
The online store La Casa de la Alpaca contemplates a form of delivery:
– Dispatch via Courier.
Average delivery time:
– Lima: 1 day
– Provinces: 2-3 days

There may be additional costs and delivery times for shipments to distant cities and districts. Please consult previously to the attention line 995021729 or to the mail ventas@lacasadelaalpaca.com
Please consider that all shipments leave from the city of Lima, Peru.
The order must be received by a person of legal age, who will identify himself/herself with his/her Full Name and National Identity Document (DNI) in physical form and will sign the reception charge to certify the delivery conformity.
The Company will continuously monitor the orders dispatched, in order to ensure that they arrive at their destination within the agreed time.
However, delivery may not be completed due to any of the following situations:
– The delivery address was not located because the registration of the same in the Platform was carried out erroneously or incompletely.
– No persons were found at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
Therefore, the Company will contact the Customer via email and/or telephone to reschedule the delivery date. Any additional costs involved in this rescheduling will be borne by the Customer.

Biosafety Protocol (covid-19):
Our priority is the health of our customers and collaborators, therefore we ask you to take note of the biosecurity protocol that we have implemented in our distribution center where your purchase is processed:
– There is constant cleaning, disinfection of environments and work areas.
– Our collaborators undergo a daily temperature control, make mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the prevention of COVID-19, and wash and disinfect their hands constantly.

Considerations
In the exceptional case that the products purchased by the Customer are not available in stock, an email will be sent to the Customer informing the situation, leaving the Customer free to cancel the order or place a new one through the Platform.
