Exchange and return policies
The customer has the right to request an exchange of the product. It is enough for the customer to go to the store to make the respective change.
However, La Casa de la Alpaca reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange depending on the particular case.

Product changes may be accepted if there are:
– Loss of color, yarn breakage, insoluble stains, excessive pilling….
– Change, by the customer, of size, color or model.
– The customer has a maximum of 30 calendar days from the time of receipt of the order to come to the store.
This exchange or return will be viable as long as it is ensured that the product:
– It presents physical sales receipt or invoice.
– It has been purchased through the E-Commerce platform of La Casa de la Alpaca (www.lacasadelaalpaca.com).
– The garment is in perfect condition.
– It has the original packaging and tags.
– It does not show signs of use or damage.
– The customer may come to the boutique with the product(s) in perfect condition, and shall comply with the policies of the same.
The customer, who has made his purchase in a province of Peru must return the product(s) in perfect condition via Courier, to the address of the boutique in Lima (Av. La Paz 665 Miraflores. Lima) (The shipping will be assumed by the customer).
The Company will not make any payment in cash or balances in favor of the customer.
Returns
Customers who want to return the product(s) will be issued a credit note so that they can buy another product for less, equal or greater amount. If it is less, they will have to buy something else until it reaches or exceeds the value of the returned item. If it is more you will have to pay the difference.
Refunds are not accepted.
